1. Our Refund Philosophy

PiP+ believes that the value of a product should be discovered by the users themselves. We don't want to make any user unhappy just to earn a few dollars. Therefore, we have established one of the most generous and simple refund policies in the industry.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We guarantee a full refund under the following conditions:

2.1 Time Limit (14 Days)

If your purchase was made within 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.

  • Start Date: Calculated from the date shown in your payment confirmation email.
  • Deadline: Until 23:59 (your local time) on the 14th day.

2.2 No Questions Asked

We will not ask you why you want a refund. Whether it is because:

  • Your computer does not support it, or the extension does not fit your workflow;
  • You simply changed your mind;
  • Or even an accidental purchase;

...we will process it. As long as it is within the deadline, we will never make it difficult.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Although we are generous, refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Past 14 Days:If the purchase was made more than 14 days ago, we generally cannot process a full refund as payment gateway fees have been incurred. However, if there is a severe technical issue that cannot be resolved, please still contact us, and we will consider it on a case-by-case basis.
  • Abuse:If the system detects that the same user frequently purchases and requests refunds repeatedly (e.g., more than 2 times), we will refuse service.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an Email

  2. Provide Information
    Please include "Refund" in the subject line and provide your **email address** or **order ID** used for purchase.
  3. Wait for Confirmation
    Our support team is real humans replying, and we usually process and confirm within 24 hours (max 3 business days).

5. Processing Time & Method

  • Original Payment Method:Refunds must be returned to the original payment method used (e.g., Credit Card, Apple Pay). Due to anti-money laundering regulations, we cannot refund to other accounts.
  • Arrival Time:Once we initiate the refund, the funds leave our account immediately. However, banks or credit card issuers usually take **5-10 business days** to show the funds on your statement. Please be patient.

6. After the Refund

When a refund occurs, the following will happen:

  • Your Pro license key will be invalidated immediately.
  • The extension will automatically revert to the Free version state.
  • Your previously saved Pro settings (such as specific window memory configurations) may be reset.
