Welcome to PiP+ (hereinafter referred to as "Service", "Extension" or "We"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the PiP+ development team.
By installing, accessing, or using the PiP+ Chrome extension and related websites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please immediately stop using the Service and uninstall the extension.
2. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PiP+ in accordance with the following rules:
2.1 Free Version
You may use the core features of PiP+ (including subtitle sync, danmaku rendering, and basic playback controls) for free on any number of devices for personal, non-commercial use.
2.2 Pro Version
The Pro version includes advanced features (e.g., window memory, opacity control). Purchasing a Pro license grants you:
- <strong>Lifetime Access</strong>: One-time payment, valid forever, including future Pro feature updates.
- <strong>Multi-Device Support</strong>: One license key can activate up to 3 devices simultaneously (strictly for devices you own).
2.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
- Rent, lease, lend, resell, or distribute your license key.
- Use the extension for any illegal activity or to infringe upon the rights of third parties.
3. Intellectual Property
PiP+ and all of its content (including but not limited to code, design, logos, text) are the proprietary property of the development team and are protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties. The "PiP+" name and related logos are our trademarks.
Note: Other brands mentioned in the extension (e.g., Netflix, YouTube, Bilibili) are the property of their respective owners. PiP+ is not affiliated with these companies.
4. Purchases & Refunds
- Lifetime Nature:The Pro license is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You do not need to pay monthly or yearly fees.
- Refund Policy:We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with Pro features, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See Refund Policy.

IMPORTANT:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL WEBSITES OR VIDEO PLAYERS. AS THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES (E.G., NETFLIX, BILIBILI) MAY UPDATE THEIR CODE STRUCTURE AT ANY TIME, THIS MAY CAUSE SOME FEATURES OF PIP+ TO TEMPORARILY FAIL. WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO FIX SUCH ISSUES BUT MAKE NO ABSOLUTE PROMISE.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIP+ AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, LOSS OF PROFIT) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license without prior notice if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Service and destroy all copies.
